Your Art, Our Solution
We help artists, musicians, and creative organizations bring their work to life and into the world with clarity and care. Whether you want to expand your audience, release an album, refine your digital presence, or strengthen your ongoing communications, Offstage Creative blends creative strategy with hands-on project support so your work can move forward smoothly and intentionally.
Offstage Creative is founded and led by women who are deeply passionate about music, art, and independent creative culture. With backgrounds in marketing, project management, writing, and coaching, we bring both creative intuition and operational experience to the work we do. We understand what it takes not only to create meaningful work, but to manage the systems that carry it—often across multiple platforms, deadlines, and audiences at once.
Whether you're launching a record, building a website, managing email newsletters, fine-tuning your Bandcamp or streaming presence, or coordinating a broader release campaign, we’re here to help at every step. We handle the behind-the-scenes work—strategy, coordination, communication, and execution—so you can stay focused on the creative work itself. Together, we shape something that feels true to your vision and sustainable in practice.

Anathea Chartrand
Founder and Executive Director
Anathea Chartrand is the Founder and Executive Director of Offstage Creative, a studio that supports artists, musicians, and creative organizations with the behind-the-scenes work that helps creative projects move from idea to release. She brings together experience in marketing, project management, writing, and creative coaching to help clients build thoughtful, sustainable systems for sharing their work, growing their audiences, and managing the many moving pieces that come with creative life.
Her connection to music and art has been present for as long as she can remember. Some of her earliest experiences include attending concerts with her parents as a baby, including shows by the Grateful Dead and Bonnie Raitt. The first concert she chose for herself was Hall & Oates—a moment that reflects a lifelong curiosity about songwriting, performance, and the way music connects people across time and experience.
Today, that curiosity continues through the artists she listens to and follows, including Monrovia and Gaby Moreno, whose work reflects a sense of craft, emotion, and storytelling that deeply resonates with her.
One of her most meaningful recent artistic experiences was meeting Thai street artist Khun Joe at his studio in Hua Hin, Thailand. Spending time in his space and hearing him talk about his work offered a reminder of something she carries into her own practice: that creative work is deeply human, shaped by place, process, and the people behind it.
At its heart, Offstage Creative grows out of that lifelong thread—music, art, and the people who make it—combined with a practical understanding of how to support creative work in the real world so it can be shared, sustained, and truly experienced by others.
